Royal Flush

Flush mount lighting fixtures have come a long way. Who hasn't seen these light fixtures? Boring, typical and ugly.

The new flush mount fixtures offer a range of styles and finishes. I just love these designs!! These are great for hallways, walk-in closets, bedroom or smaller entry ways.

Global Awareness

Lighting can be the single most important part of changing a space. It can make an old, tired, room look fresh and clean. It can make inexpensive art look like a collectors dream. The key to lighting is layering. The right amount of general, task, accent and spot lighting makes a huge difference in any space. Pendant lighting can be used as task or general lighting but mostly makes a big impact on the overall design of a space. It's like the jewelry on Oscar night. Too much looks distracting but just enough makes a statement!

Globes are an interesting form of pendant lighting. Classic and yet modern at the same time.

Dining in Coto

Here is house listed for $6,995,000.00 in Coto de Caza. It a very pretty home! You can check it out here... Trigo Trail.

I think it needs more furniture overall and a cohesive design direction. Here is a dining room design concept that I think would look great in this house.
