I am mostly familiar with Laura Kirar through her furniture and accessory line at Baker. Her style is very chic and sophisticated. I love how she uses shapes within her furniture and interiors. Although many of her rooms are clean and contemporary they are softened with the use of organic materials. Flowers, branches and stone are usually found in some aspect of her rooms. Designer Thomas Pheasant has released a new line of furniture, lighting, and accessories for Baker this month. His designs have a way of being masculine and feminine at the same time. Just the right amount of curves and architecture are reflected in some of the pieces. The boxy pieces are embellished with brass hardware and manage to still look polished.
